Job Description

As a proactive and passionate People & Culture Advisor, you will be instrumental in providing generalist operational support to the retail network. You will work closely with our Senior Managers to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing coaching and guidance to people leaders
  • Supporting with performance development, talent management, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeing
  • Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining strong business partnerships with stakeholders
Requirements:
  1. 3 years generalist HR experience
  2. Impressive relationship building skills
  3. A passion for coaching and mentoring
  4. High attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  5. Advanced PC Skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mind
  6. Adaptability, initiative, and great communication skills
