Job Description

As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes. You will supervise your team to guarantee that our products meet the highest quality standards, while coaching and inspiring them to perform at their best.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality, and encourage your team to follow suit.
  • Champion Operational Excellence: Oversee daily production targets, manage downtime effectively, and drive efficiency and quality in every process.
  • Coach & Develop: Train and guide team members to build their capability, encourage accountability, and foster open communication and collaboration.
  • Improve & Innovate: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to reduce waste and support sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
