People and Culture Advisor – Hanes Brands | Melbourne

We are searching for a proactive and passionate P&C Advisor to join our team based in Kew. You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational People and Culture support to the Bonds, Sheridan and Bras N Things Retail network in consultation with the P&C Manager.

What will I be doing?

This role works closely with our retail Senior Managers to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

1. Providing coaching and guidance to our people leaders, and supporting with performance development, talent management, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeing
2. Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives
3. Maintaining strong business partnerships with your stakeholders

What experience do I have?

You'll be self-motivated, resilient and a thoughtful influencer, who enjoys change and can provide a fresh approach and way of thinking.

Ideally you will have:

1. 3 years generalist HR experience
2. Impressive relationship building skills: you are respected and well-liked by others and know how to forge, maintain and foster strong working relationships across diverse client groups
3. A passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people development
4. Extremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
5. Advanced PC Skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mind
6. Adaptability, initiative, and great communication skills
