Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Jaguar Land Rover Service Department at Osborne Park.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the service process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Answer incoming service-related calls and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Prepare job cards, issue quotes, and process invoices accurately
  • Communicate with the workshop to track job progress and keep customers updated
  • Handle customer concerns calmly, efficiently and professionally
  • Contribute to the department's high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Meet dealership and manufacturer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide daily support to the Service Manager and assist with operational tasks
  • Completion of all mandatory manufacturer training. Some interstate travel will be required
Skills and experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership environment preferred
  • Proven track record of performance and reliability
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Desire to build a long-term career within the automotive industry
  • Full Australian working rights
