Job Title: Extrusion Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Extrusion Team Leader to join our manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a hands-on leadership role, overseeing the entire extrusion process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • This key position involves leading a team of professionals in risk control, scheduling, waste management, staffing/training, documentation/trouble shooting, quality control, compliance to industry standards, and on-time delivery.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in plastics extrusion, preferably blown film extrusion, with a strong background in polymer processing.
