Extrusion Specialist

An exciting opportunity exists for an Extrusion Specialist to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Based at our production facility, this role is responsible for producing extruded products and components.

**Key Responsibilities**

This position is accountable for:

- Operating the extrusion lines to ensure product meets quality and performance standards
- Conducting regular testing of extruded products while maintaining accurate records
- Identifying and resolving faults and defects in the manufacturing process
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Participating in visual inspections of manufactured products

This is a 24/7 rotating shift role, essential for the performance and efficiency of our 24-hour production operation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will possess;
- Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Current senior first aid certification or willingness to obtain it
- Valid forklift license
