**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an Extrusion Manager to join a growing and dedicated team. Working at our Regency Park manufacturing facility, you will be a part of the busy operations. Utilise your leadership experience and great organisational skills to help support and strengthen the day-to-day aspects of the Extrusion Department and aid in leading the team in its overall performance.

**Qualifications**:
**This role is a permanent fulltime role and requires the following to be successful.**
- Must have proven Plastics Extrusion experience
- Blown film extrusion experience preferred
- Experience in Polymer Extrusion or Polymer Processing will be advantageous if Blown Film Extrusion experience isn't applicable
- A strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and attention to detail
- A superior sense of urgency
- The ability to aid in liaising with other relative departments
- A positive attitude and ability to take ownership of your work
- Motivation and drive to exceed targets and meet required timeframes

**Along with strengthening and supporting the Extrusion team, your new role will include assisting in the below areas**:

- Risk control - WHS&E and business risk
- Scheduling
- Waste Management
- Staffing/Training
- Documentation/Trouble Shooting
- Quality Control
- Compliance to food safety and other industry standards
- Ontime delivery of 'in specification' products to customers
- Monitoring employee behaviour
- Ensuring all employees are aware of the security and safety procedures
