**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an Extrusion Supervisor (2 I.C.) to join a growing and dedicated team. Working at our Regency Park manufacturing facility, you will be a part of the busy operations. This is a hands-on role reporting through to the Extrusion Manager

**Along with supporting the Extrusion team, your new role will include assisting in the below areas**:

- Risk control - WHS&E and business risk
- Scheduling
- Waste Management
- Staffing/Training
- Documentation/Trouble Shooting
- Quality Control
- Compliance to food safety and other industry standards
- Ontime delivery of 'in specification' products to customers
- Monitoring employee behaviour
- Ensuring all employees are aware of the security and safety procedures

**Qualifications**:
**This role is a permanent role and requires the following to be successful**:

- Must have proven Plastics Extrusion experience
- Blown film extrusion experience preferred
- Experience in Polymer Extrusion or Polymer Processing will be advantageous if Blown Film Extrusion experience isn't applicable
- A strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and attention to detail
