Key Skills and Qualifications for Learning Professional

As a key member of our learning team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our members. This involves managing a portfolio of online, virtual and workshop-based learning products, including content related to certification and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage product lifecycle and implement new products and learning innovation in response to member needs.
  • Hold responsibility for ensuring strategic targets relating to quality and commercial sustainability are met.
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance member learning experiences.
Requirements:
  • Current education or experience with knowledge of adult learning and learning design practice.
  • Development of learning products and outcomes experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management and agile project delivery.
  • Research, design, develop, launch and maintain educational products.
  • Ability to use different research tools and methodologies.
  • Scope, scan, identify, evaluate and define products effectively.
  • Ability to develop concepts into relevant and job-applicable products.
  • Seek and evaluate feedback for ongoing review and maintenance.
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, education or accounting with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment is preferred.
