Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
  • Managing records and documents accurately

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong attitude and commitment to learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to provide evidence of Year 11 or 12 school completion
  • A current Police check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
  • No prior completion of this qualification
