About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen with efficiency and productivity.

  • You will be responsible for training Commis Chefs and apprentices to desired standards, evaluating task completion within given timeframes.

Requirements
  • Australia working rights.
  • Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience in a 5-star environment.
  • Ability to organize time and work efficiently.
