You will be the frontline operational support for our subscription contracts, working closely with Sales Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

The successful candidate will manage scheduled bill cycles, reconcile subscription data between systems, respond to internal and customer billing enquiries, and monitor contract milestones to ensure timely renewals and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage subscription contracts in Zuora and Dynamics 365 F&O.">
  • Run daily bill cycles, review invoices, and ensure all subscriptions are invoiced 30 days in advance.">
  • Reconcile subscription data between systems and manage financial processes including clearing reversals and overdue follow-ups.">
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely information on contract status and billing changes.">
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers to support customer needs, including third-party subscription orders.">
  • Provide support for subscription-related queries from customers and internal stakeholders.">
  • Report on subscription and billing metrics, highlighting any issues before month-end.">
  • Maintain compliance with Work, Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and company policies.">
