What You'll Be Doing

As the Lead Concierge, you'll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a passionate Concierge team. Here's what your day will look like:

  • Guide customers through their subscription journey and make it simple, smooth, and exciting.
  • Lead, support, and inspire the Concierge team to deliver next-level service.
  • Meet and exceed vehicle subscription targets while creating unforgettable customer moments.
  • Keep everything on track, from subscription documentation to CRM data management.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, detailing, and logistics to keep the fleet in top shape.
  • Drive business growth and brand reputation by encouraging customer reviews and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running seamlessly.

Experience & Qualifications
  • We're looking for someone who brings energy, organisation, and a customer-first mindset. You'll need:
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Leadership ability with a knack for motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic tech tools.
  • A valid driver's licence.
