Job Description

As the Lead Concierge, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a passionate team. Your primary goal is to make our customers' car subscription journey simple, smooth, and exciting.

Key responsibilities include guiding customers through their subscription process, leading and supporting your team to deliver next-level service, meeting and exceeding vehicle subscription targets, and ensuring all operations run seamlessly.

You will also play a key role in coordinating vehicle servicing, detailing, and logistics, driving business growth and brand reputation through customer reviews and referrals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve common goals.
