At Pacific National, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will provide key support to leaders across several teams, enabling them to succeed in their roles.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of HR Policy, employment law and employee relations. They will be a confident problem solver and collaborative team player with strong communication skills. A proactive and structured approach is essential for this role, as well as being goal-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to develop frontline leaders while gaining hands-on experience to drive their career forward within a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operations teams to implement positive change and drive business success
  • Provide day-to-day HR Generalist advice and support to line managers
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to the business
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures based on relevant industrial agreements and/or legislation
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience within an industrial/blue collar environment
  • Experience partnering with operations teams in a blue-collar environment
  • Sound understanding of HR Policy, employment law, and employee relations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to implement positive change
