Administration Support Specialist

Apollo Care seeks a highly skilled Administration Support Specialist to play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our residential aged care services.

In this impactful position, you'll help ensure older Australians continue to live with dignity and grace in a well-structured, caring environment.

To offer a more personal living experience, our community is divided into smaller households and plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Nestled amongst sugarcane plantations and sugar mills, we're close to beautiful rainforests and national parks.

We're seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for making a difference.

You will oversee key functions such as roster coordination, human resources administration, and general office support—keeping our facility running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration and reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Roster Coordination - Ensuring roster alignment to the master roster.
  • Replacement of staff on leave and liaising with HR about roster vacancies.
  • Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities.
  • Records management and document preparation.
  • Assisting with meeting coordination and minute taking.
