We're on the hunt for a Driver Relationship Specialist to join our team.
This exciting role offers an opportunity to drive meaningful connections and partnerships with Drivers and Operators—those at the heart of our business.
As a key member of our team, you'll focus on expanding and retaining our driver and operator network through a combination of relationship building, brand advocacy, and proactive engagement.
About this Role:
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a passion for building lasting relationships and be comfortable attending local events as well as analysing lead pipelines or closing partnership conversations.
You'll work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts and share insights, ensuring that our drivers and operators receive top-notch support and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new sign-ups and ensure long-term retention of Drivers and Operators
- Actively pursue growth through direct leads, onboarding, and relationship management
- Attend events, tradeshows, and local activations to engage partners
- Support digital onboarding processes and CRM tracking
- Promote our transport brands with passion and pride
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and share insights
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or a similar partner-facing role
- Proven ability to grow customer or partner networks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine, confident communication style
- Organisational skills to manage reporting, CRM updates, and sales pipelines
- A can-do attitude with the resilience to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting
