Drive Agile Transformation

As an agile transformation specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of contemporary ways of working while aligning with traditional delivery methodologies.

This role is crucial to delivering a multi-year program for a large-scale enterprise platform. The capability will enable future capabilities and integrate into the existing ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, backlog refinement, scope, dependencies, risks, and milestone tracking across cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops, and support the Product Owner(s) in defining goals, refining backlogs, and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Coach teams towards self-organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, fostering a high-performing and engaged delivery culture.
  • Align traditional delivery methods with Agile ways of working, driving cultural adoption through education, influence, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver executive updates and progress reports, including sprint burn-downs, risks, issues, and achievements.
About Your Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale programs and projects in dynamic environments, with accountability and autonomy on complex tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in configuring and maintaining Agile tools, along with other software.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), Design Thinking, and Human-Centred Design principles.
  • Skilled communicator and facilitator with strong relationships and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities, able to operate under pressure and in ambiguity.
