In our Air Mobility Solution team, we're revolutionizing the way aircraft move through our skies. We're working on transformative projects like OneSky, a software-focused initiative that's changing the face of air traffic management in Australian aviation.

We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our teams in delivering value using Agile philosophy. This role involves coaching, training, and aligning teams to embed Agile values and behaviors.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Synching teams with Agile mindset, values, and practices
  • Facilitating effective team ceremonies and collaborating with complex matrix organizations
  • Supporting Product Owners in prioritizing product backlogs based on business value
  • Driving continuous improvement through coaching Agile teams in dependencies management and self-management
  • Ensuring Definition of Done is followed for every increment of Agile teams
  • Removing impediments to Agile teams' progress
  • Using metrics to motivate teams to increase performance

This role also involves promoting Agile adoption within your organization by sharing Scrum rules, practices, and values.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams
  • Scrum Certification or equivalent (CSM, CSP), SAFE 5.1 SSM highly desirable
  • Experience in embedding Agile performance metrics to drive accountability
  • Proficient working experience in using Jira
  • Good stakeholder management & engagement skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
