Our Role
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for CRM, Data, and other non-digital system projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and teams by listening to them and guiding them.
  • Facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering.
  • Identify and assess security risks and business impacts.
  • Translate business needs into actionable security requirements.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on non-digital projects such as CRM implementations, data migration, data governance, or enterprise systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
