Senior Research Lead

We are seeking a seasoned researcher to spearhead our research efforts and drive strategic initiatives that inform best practices, innovation, and advocacy.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social science, public health, or social work, with experience in conducting high-level qualitative or quantitative research in applied contexts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing research strategies to address key areas of disadvantage
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including practitioners, policymakers, and academics
  • Presenting research findings to diverse audiences and translating them into actionable insights

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Three to five years' experience in conducting high-level qualitative or quantitative research
  • Expertise in mixed-methods research approaches
