There is now an opportunity to join this agile, fast-paced team as Senior Manager, Social Impact & Research.

The role

This newly shaped Senior Manager, Social Impact & Research role reports to the Director of Product, Research and Technology. The role will be instrumental in providing invaluable support and insights to the product team, including research and evaluation expertise and data insights to improve service development.

The role will also lead the production of social impact reporting, in addition to establishing new research partnerships and maintaining and growing existing research partner relationships.

Committed to providing evidence-based data to further technological based programs the Senior Manager, Social Impact & Research will own the development and implementation of key behavioural framework.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for the following:

• Management of research partners and programs
• Offer expert advice in research and service development
• Deliver updated and current service and program improvements
• Communicate complex findings for a diverse audience
• Foster internal and external relationships to meet key goals and timelines
• Lead and support the development of research and evaluation funding proposals
• Develop wide-spread communications to enhance knowledge across complex
• stakeholder groups
• Undertake inhouse research projects where appropriate

To apply

To be successful in the role of Senior Manager, Social Impact and Research, you will have experience in agile and commercial environments focused on translating human-centred research into technologically savvy programs and projects.

Ideally you will have experience in analysing and interpreting research and monitoring the social impact of results. You will also have:

• Experience developing and delivering social impact frameworks and be outcomes
• focused (with measurement and reporting at the forefront)
• Demonstrated experience in research – ideally within health or youth based sectors
• A strong background in preparing outcomes based reporting for a wide range of
• stakeholders, including clients and prospective partners
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and prospect new research partners
• Qualifications in psychology or a similar academic background in research
• A passion for social impact and how it can guide new programs and services
• A strong understanding of how social impact and research can guide the
• technological platforms needed for service delivery
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A deep understanding of inclusive, trauma-informed and co-designed approaches
• A track record in securing research and evaluation funding
• Experience in detailed reporting in research and social impact
