About this Role

United Way Australia is the local licensee of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (DPIL) program across Australia, working in partnership with government and community groups.

The DPIL program is a low-cost, community-based book gifting intervention aimed at preparing children for school.

This role involves contributing to the social impact marketing strategy, interpreting research results to report on program impact, creating branding awareness, coordinating social media and promotional activities, developing case studies, and enhancing program impact.

To succeed, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in social impact or community development within an NGO.
  • Experience translating research into impact reports for stakeholders.
  • Experience working with diverse communities and cross-cultural settings.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Enthusiasm for social media and communications channels.

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities and work independently, preferably with experience in education or educational advancement, and bilingual or multilingual skills.
