Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting residents with daily activities, including eating, socializing, and engaging in hobbies
  • Working collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented and followed
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records of resident care
  • Providing exceptional customer service to families and visitors
Requirements / Qualifications
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for caring for others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
