Our organization is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Home Health program as Support Workers. We aim to provide in-home support services to enable our customers to live independently, supported, and empowered within their own homes and communities.

We are recruiting for multiple positions in Dapto and surrounding areas including Stream Hill, Wongawilli, Kanahooka, Horsley, Koonawarra, Cleveland, Avondale, Huntley, Mount Marshall, Haywards Bay, and Yallah. Our ideal candidate will be able to help at home with tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, as well as providing transportation and personal care to our clients.

">Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
What's On Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $30.86 - $34.16 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role:
  1. Help at Home: assisting with daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  2. Transportation and Personal Care: experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
  3. Client Awareness: building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
  4. Safety Practices: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
