Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking experienced support workers to provide direct care and assistance to individuals in their daily lives.

Our team delivers high-quality, 24/7 care in supported independent living settings, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our customers. Support workers will assist with personal and domestic care, as well as help customers engage with their community.

  • Availability to work varied shifts, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays is essential.
  • Key qualities required include resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships are also essential.
