Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the site's operational activities, including supply chain management, logistics, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with Qube's safety and environmental policies, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain, maintenance, and safety, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
