Site Manager Role Overview
- Manage projects at a site level with demonstrated experience, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the planning and organisation of material and tool delivery, as well as effective communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a safety-focused culture to achieve KONE's safety targets and adhere to established procedures.
- Act as an inspiring team leader, motivating team members to excel and consistently meet customer expectations.
- Drive key projects focused on continuous improvement, enhancing overall operations and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing projects at a site level, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Lift experience is highly preferred, with the ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training.
- Excellent communication skills, including influencing and negotiating outcomes, are essential for success in this role.
