As a leading global FMCG manufacturer in the inner-Western suburbs of Melbourne, we operate a state-of-the-art production facility. We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer or Site Engineer on a contract basis to manage capital projects and oversee site operations.
About the Role
The primary focus of this role is site and contractor supervision, ensuring daily checks are conducted, contractors are properly inducted, and work is carried out to designs, plans, and schedules. You will also be responsible for managing suppliers to deliver works in line with high-quality and safety standards, achieving the best business outcomes for projects.
About You
- You hold an engineering degree or trades qualification.
- You have experience managing contractors and suppliers on-site.
- You have worked on food and beverage manufacturing sites.
- You are available at short notice for the remainder of the year.

This interim position offers a chance to fill a gap in your schedule while working with a supportive team and established suppliers. You will report to a senior leader with a portfolio across multiple sites, potentially leading to other opportunities beyond this role.
Compensation Package
