The Insights Lead plays a critical role in unlocking actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions. Key responsibilities include delivering clear, persuasive stories that influence senior stakeholders and managing brand health tracking tools to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust data analysis strategies to support business growth
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives to uncover consumer, market, and category trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive better decision-making across marketing and product teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in a similar insights or market research role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or a related discipline
