Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in preparing data-driven insights to track performance, optimize effectiveness, and predict business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about business analytics and wants to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, as well as experience with business modeling, forecasting, process improvement, simplification, and automation.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be able to communicate complex information concisely and effectively to all audiences, have strong organization skills, and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data-driven insights to track performance, optimize effectiveness, and predict business outcomes
  • Partner with various teams within the organization to proactively identify opportunities and deliver insights that enhance decision-making
  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns, preparing ongoing reports and data visualizations to effectively communicate data stories
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Anaplan to perform tasks
