Key Responsibilities

  • Problem-Solving: Use your analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues, applying creative solutions where necessary.
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer requests and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, DOS-based systems, SAP).
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm with an accuracy level of 80% or more.
