Key Responsibilities
">- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and drive customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Use your analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues, applying creative solutions where necessary.
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer requests and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
">- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, DOS-based systems, SAP).
- Typing speed of 60 wpm with an accuracy level of 80% or more.
