
Frontline Customer Experience Specialist

We are currently seeking highly skilled team members who possess exceptional customer service skills to join our team as Service Attendants.
As a frontline team member, you will have the opportunity to train and work across multiple departments, including Bar, Bistro, Gaming, Reception, Cellar, Concierge, Functions & Events. You will be responsible for greeting and providing exceptional customer service to our customers, suggesting food and drink recommendations, delivering meals and drinks, and assisting in the bar area with cocktails and mixed drinks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a friendly and professional attitude. They will also be required to maintain a clean and organized environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Club Operating Hours
Our Club operates from 10am to 4am Sunday to Thursday, and 10am to 6am on Friday and Saturday. You must be available to work across these operating hours.
