Service Delivery Specialist

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Service Delivery team at Service NSW. Your role will involve acting as a conduit between partner agencies and frontline teams, providing essential support in a high-volume environment.

You will have high attention to detail and work across multiple streams of work, including data analysis and reporting, frontline support, and projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the resolution of outstanding customer transactional issues in a timely manner to enable the delivery of a quality customer experience.

  • Capture, track, and monitor trends in transactional compliance through data analysis to address identified errors/issues and feedback, and enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare high-level reports for a range of audiences to support informed decision making and planning.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a culture of continuous customer service improvement initiatives.
  • Provide input into the delivery of new products and services from agencies for all Service Delivery Channels to ensure they meet service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely resolution of customer transactions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Analyse data to identify trends in compliance and implement improvements.

Develop and maintain accurate records to inform business decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery processes.
