We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service, handle membership sales and process transactions in a dynamic and busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to members and guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Sell gym memberships and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimizing errors.
  • Process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including restocking supplies and materials as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and busy atmosphere.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
