As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of our organization and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service experiences for our members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service at reception, over the phone, and in written correspondence
  • Ensuring timely responses to customers' needs and concerns
  • Providing information about and facilitating memberships, enrolments, and bookings
  • Marketing and promoting our programs and services to potential, new, and existing members

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to perform a range of administration duties, including data and word processing, filing, photocopying, and reception with the ability to prioritize work and meet set deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as to self-motivate and work autonomously
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and phone manner
  • Excellent computer skills using a variety of systems (POS, Outlook, MS Word/Excel)
