We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, providing top-notch hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest from check-in to check-out, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to guarantee seamless collaboration and exceptional service.
  • Solve challenges and turn them into success stories, showcasing your problem-solving skills and dedication to excellence.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services through in-depth knowledge, helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • Share local expertise, recommending neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems that add value to our guests' experiences.
  • Manage reservations and guest accounts accurately, maintaining the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A customer-centric approach, always prioritizing the needs of our guests and striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively interact with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Multitasking abilities, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is an asset, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • A willingness to adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
