**Club Leadership Opportunity**:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Club Manager to lead our team in Caloundra. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive club culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the club, including front desk functions, sales, and membership services
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, drive revenue growth, and improve member retention
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Member Support Consultants (MSCs) to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Mentor and develop the skills of your team members, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed

  • Proven track record of sales success, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences
