We are seeking a Clinical Nursing Educator to lead our team of nursing educators and facilitators in the North West of Tasmania. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based programs to build clinical competence among nurses.

The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to respond to patient deterioration and develop innovative programs to improve patient care. To be successful in this role, you will need to be familiar with Australian nursing standards and curriculum frameworks, have a passion for undergraduate clinical nursing education, and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs to improve clinical competence among nurses.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to respond to patient deterioration and develop innovative programs to improve patient care.
  • Lead the team of nursing educators and facilitators in the North West of Tasmania.
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
