Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and foster a positive work environment, developing your team through coaching and mentoring.
- Process Improvement: Oversee and implement efficient processes, integrate new technologies, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Member Satisfaction: Resolve member issues, enhance service delivery, and introduce innovative solutions to improve member satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage the patrol operations budget, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with targets.
- Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and report and address any issues promptly.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced leader who can drive operational success and make a meaningful impact on our members' experiences. You will oversee and manage roadside assistance patrol operations, enhancing services with innovation and excellence.
- Leadership Experience: 5-7 years of experience showcasing strong Managerial leadership, problem-solving, and member service.
- Adaptability: Proactive approach to adopting new technologies and methods.
- Remote Workforce Management: Experience in managing a diverse and remote workforce in a 24/7 365-day environment.
- Change Management: Experience in change management and managing staff in an IR environment.
