Support Services Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Support Services Specialists to join our team in providing exceptional support services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 days per week availability and a full Australian driver's license.

The role involves supporting customers with their individual daily needs, promoting community inclusion, and assisting them in developing life skills. We require a strong interpersonal and communication skillset, as well as experience working with individuals living with disabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support services to customers
  • Promote community inclusion and social participation
  • Assist customers in developing life skills and achieving personal goals
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Disability or Mental Health (essential)
  • Minimum 3 days per week availability (essential)
  • Full Australian driver's license (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with individuals living with disabilities
  • NDIS Worker clearance, Working with Children Check, and National Police clearance
  • Valid First Aid and NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
