Job Description
Migrating to a new country can be an intimidating experience. As a Migration Expert, you will provide bespoke guidance on visa options, eligibility, and compliance, ensuring that your clients receive the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients.
  • Manage client casework and deliver high-quality representation to relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and lodge visa applications, handle appeals, and manage all migration work with competence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and authorities, driving business growth and enhancing our reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date on migration law, policy, and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.
  • Lead and mentor immigration specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified Regulatory Advisor with current registration, at least 1 year of experience in immigration law.
  • Proven expertise across various visa subclasses and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal process.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
