As a New Home Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in welcoming customers into our new home displays and experience centres, understanding their needs, and providing them with the information they need to guide their visit through the homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers into our new home displays and experience centres
- Understand customers' needs and provide them with the information they need to guide their visit
- Take pride in the presentation of our homes and sales suites
- Keep product information and databases up to date
- Follow up with customers after their visit to check in and keep them connected to our team
