About This Role

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Digital Marketing Research Coordinator to join our Melbourne team.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales, and research. You will support pre-sales activities, create impactful presentations, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content on eCommerce, marketing automation, and digital transformation.
  • Plan and publish engaging content on our website, LinkedIn, and WeChat Official Account.
  • Conduct outreach to potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms to generate business opportunities in Australia.
  • Assist in creating sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of our customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and relevant information.
  • Help organize and participate in webinars, virtual events, and online marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback on social media channels and other digital platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Current student or recent graduate status, committing at least 3 days a week for over 4 months.
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills; proficiency in Chinese (HSK 4 or above) is highly regarded (English will be the primary working language).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with leads and clients.
  • Proficient in content creation, including writing, editing, and basic design skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, Click-up).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adapting to new digital tools and concepts.
  • Familiarity with martech and technical solutions, such as Marketing Automation, CDP, sCRM, Clienteling, WeCom, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, WordPress, etc., is an advantage.
