We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Roy Morgan Research. As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a decentralized field team, recruiting, training, and supporting interviewers, and identifying operational improvement opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a decentralized field team, ensuring optimal interviewer coverage for each research project.
  • Recruit, train, and support interviewers, providing ongoing guidance with the assistance of the Head of Field Operations and internal project teams.
  • Develop and enhance training materials, implement training for interviewers to ensure high-quality data collection, and maintain regular communication with project staff, senior management, and other field staff.
  • Provide accurate reporting on project budgets, KPI targets, and progress for key stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • At least 3-5 years of field management experience.
  • A positive, motivating attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and competency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
