Job Opportunity: Beverage Oculus Bar Model

The Beverage Oculus Bar Model is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business according to all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
  • Provide attentive service, take primary beverage orders, and engage guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guest needs, offer extra items, drinks, and condiments, and expedite drink orders promptly and accurately.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol serving practices, request identification when necessary, and transport dishes to the kitchen for washing.
  • Communicate with servers and managers regarding guest requests and maintain quality service standards.
  • Maintain awareness of safety and accident prevention and notify the Supervisor of any irregularities or disputes.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members, participate in professional photo shoots, and model designer apparel and accessories.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience as a bar apprentice and/or bartender required.
  • Knowledge of all beverage functions, including mixing drinks and operating bar equipment, and working knowledge of restaurant functions.
  • Previous experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue highly preferred, as well as current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience within the last five years.
