Beverage Specialist Job Description

The Beverage Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by crafting and serving beverages in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mixes and serves a variety of drinks according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Serves guests promptly, efficiently, and with a smile, meeting their needs and preferences.
  • Takes ownership of checks issued and acts as a cashier at the front and service bars, handling transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintains a spotless and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensures a positive guest experience through friendly interactions, active listening, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in mixing and serving beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity during peak periods.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols, including sanitation procedures and emergency response plans.
