Job Overview

The role of a Bar Manager is to oversee the operation of the bar, providing exceptional guest service and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and departmental policies.
  • Setting up bars efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and evaluating restaurant personnel, enforcing food and beverage policies.
  • Fostering positive customer relationships and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating commitment to service excellence through effective implementation of standards.

Responsibilities

As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and team member performance. Key duties include:

  1. Exhibiting conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  2. Ensuring timely completion of setup duties.
  3. Assisting in the training and evaluation of restaurant staff, enforcing food and beverage policies and procedures.
  4. Promoting positive customer relations and handling customer complaints.
  5. Clearly demonstrating to guests and team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation and delivery of the 5F's Standards at all times.
