We are seeking a skilled practitioner to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving lives through employment pathways.

  • Oversee pre-employment activities for participants with disabilities, aiming to prepare them for work and further assist them in gaining and maintaining employment.

This involves facilitating various activities such as goal setting, hard and soft skills training, confidence building, job skills analysis, mentoring, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be committed to disability inclusion, and have strong time management abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • A Certificate IV in disability, community services, employment services, or a related field.
  • High-level computer competency, including MS Office Suite.
  • The ability to prepare and present written and verbal reports.
  • A current Drivers License, own vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • A current First Aid certificate and willingness to maintain.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 and compliance with genU's Covid-19 Vaccination Policy.
