About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Support Officer, Employment Pathways. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and staff to provide employment services and support within the prison community.

  • Develop and deliver employment services and programs to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • BUILD awareness and understanding of our employment services through relationship building and strategic communication efforts.
  • Participate in planning and delivering on-site employment-related events, such as Centre of Excellence expos and employer visits.
About You:
  • A strong understanding of Corrections Victoria and its key issues, particularly in the area of program and services for people engaged in the justice system.
  • Some experience in employment services or recruitment, or in delivering service-focused programs to enhance wellbeing, ideally in a correctional setting (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality support and guidance.
